My Black and White Cow

There were once two young men, one being my son, who knew that I loved cows.

One of these guys is a wonderful photographer and one loves his mama a whole lot.  Put those two things together and what do you get?

You get a beautiful black and white photograph of a gorgeous cow.

Beautiful, isn’t it?

I moved my white secretary from our living room into our bedroom and love it in there.

I have been having so much fun moving stuff from room to room and freshening things up a little.

I know I always say that I love things, but I really do.  I love this cow!

I also love that these two young men took their time and did this for me.

I hope you are all having a blessed day and that your upcoming week is full of joy!

I L O V E how your son is in tune with what you LOVE!!! Sounds as if this young man has a gentle side. That's such an admiral quality in our youth!!!
The touches of blue in the binding on the books and the writing on the scale make this entire are so cohesive!!! LOVE the blue...preface to Spring!!!

I love all your finds but the COW MAKES IT! Too cute!!

Okay, one of my New Years resolutions is taking the time to leave more notes for my blogging friends! I always read posts in a reader and it makes it hard to leave a comment or two. But I do not miss a post! Love seeing the things you share and your lovely home. I wish I had more time to blog, but I work part time at our local library. I wanted to share with you my new blog, just opened this week.... it will be for my vingage and digital work... including printables you might enjoy. I also have my home and garden site, This week I am doing a look back to my spring garden.

Hope to be able to connect more in this new year. I am spending less time on Facebook and gave up twitter and everything else. A girl needs time to create, decorate and GARDEN ya know!

God bless....Brooke

And the secretary looks amazing in your bedroom, what a great change. Of course I love the ball jars displayed in a row. Looks like you've been having fun refreshing. I can't wait to see what you put in it's place.

My sister would love that!! (Well, I think she would anyway. Maybe she sees more than enough cow face looking out the window.) Still, I love the way it looks all blown up in black and white, and I love the way the whole secretary looks, especially with the subtle blue from the jars. It kind of looks like a photograph where all but the blue has been eliminated, if you know what I mean.
