The Ones Who Make Me Smile

Hey my friends!

Nothing about my home today.

I just want to share a few thanksgivings with you.

These two lovely girls make me smile…

faith and beth dressy 7

and they make me laugh…

They love each other with an indescribable love…

My girls bless my heart beyond measure.

Add this sweet young man to the mix and it really makes me smile…

3 kids

This guy is my youngest hero.

To see the love they all have for each other is such a blessing…

The one who has made me smile for over twenty years is this fella…

faith and dad

There is nothing like seeing the love a daddy has for his children.

The most important thing about this guy with the great smile is that he is the one who introduced me to Jesus!

(which makes him my number 1 hero)

And these, my friends, are why I smile.

family

This Thanksgiving week, I am so truly thankful to the Lord for my precious family.  They are a gift from the Lord.

I also praise the Lord that this Thanksgiving my mom is cancer free!!!  Thank you Lord Jesus!!

I pray that each one who reads this will praise the Lord for someone or something in their lives right now.  I pray that you will smile because the Lord created you in His image and you are wonderful!

What a precious tribute to your sweet family! The love you all share is so evident to everyone who looks on. It is a testimony to the work of Christ in your life. Thank you for pointing us to Him with the way you love each other and the way you love those God puts in your life. Blessings on this Thanksgiving, Amy! I look forward to having the opportunity to know you better. My heart yearns for that!

Such an uplifting post, thank you! I am also blessed to have a wonderful family, and I have enjoyed them posting on Facebook this week about how excited they are for Thanksgiving so we can all be together. My beautiful sister-in-law hosts all of us (25 and counting this year) and does such a marvelous job! I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and beautiful Christmas season!

such a lovely post.

I can also smile about all those things, and especially that Jesus is my Savior and Lord, a very present help in time of trouble.

Blessings and Happy Thanksgiving!

You have a beautiful family, Amy. I can't believe how your Faith has grown up since I first found your corner of Blog Land. She is as lovely as her sister.

I didn't know that your husband led you to Christ. That is an amazing part of your testimony.
