Hey my friends!!
Tennessee has evidently decided to skip winter this year and move right on into spring. We are having unseasonably warm weather and it’s wonderful.
The warm weather means I am in the mood for flowers and for bringing a little spring into our home.
My mantel is the first thing I changed up…
White tulips are my favorite and I think they look beautiful in that great old blue Ball jar! I love the way tulips just fall perfectly, don’t you?
Old books, a chippy white birdhouse, my husband’s baby shoes that I love using, and gorgeous blue bottles, along with white tulips, turn my mantel into a happy spring thing for me.
If we do get some more cold days and want to light a fire, I will definitely take my French book page garland down.
This flea market bench is great for extra seating and also pulls in my favorite green color.
I know I just showed you way too many mantel pictures, but I told you that it made me happy to look at it with all of it’s springiness.
I set out one more little bouquet of flowers on our coffee table. Bright yellow and full of cheer!
I’ll leave you with that little bit of cheer and I will tell you thanks so much for stopping by for a visit.
Thanks for your friendship and God bless you all!

Love, love, love your mantel! So spring-y! I love all of your chippy goodies! Love the flowers.
We are getting a blizzard here in Colorado right now!

Your flowers make me wish for spring! Just lovely.
Love the bouquet! So pretty.
Our winter has been disappointingly snow free and springlike so far. The sski resorts in our area are suffering because of it. I like being able to save on heating bills but am still dreaming of having at least one major snow storm before it's officially spring.
Blessings~
I love how the fabulous tin behind the jar of tulips pulls the whole vignette together. You have a great style!

Nothing like fresh flowers to cheer one up. Love the mantel, hope spring IS here and you don't have to use the fire. However I heard on the weather channel , that the La Nina that the South has been under is slowly changing-uh-oh- probably will have snow or ice in April!
Your mantel looks great! I wish we were that close to spring! We have had a very mild winter even up north here in northern Michigan. Love your fresh cut flowers!
Gorgeous spring flowers, Amy. Love the way you changed up your mantel! The old tin on the wall looks perfect there. The bottles & bird cage are so pretty, too. And you know I adore that galvanized tote on your coffee table.
It looks like spring over there! Loving this nice warm weather :)
Lots of hugs...
oh my goodness - beyond gorgeous - isn't it great what a little bit of flowers can do to up an already beautiful room?! xo

The tulips and lilies are so pretty, especially in the blue canning jars. You have a great collection!
We're having a warmer than normal winter too. We were in Chicago last week and even though that Chicago wind is biting cold, it appears that they are having an extremely warm winter too (for them!) :)
Enjoy your flowers.
Pam
You mantel is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful white tulips! Thank you for sharing your wonderful postt at Potpourri Friday!
Such gorgeous photos Amy! I love your mantel. I love tulips too and I just picked some up last week too and they are so pretty. I love this mild winter, I could do this every year.
xoxoxo
Howdy Amy! Kansas has taken a turn for cold so I'd imagine your cold weather is making her way to you in a few days!
It's been warmer than usual and I really enjoyed this mild weather, but in my heart I was wanting some of that there snow to cover the landscape and make everything look sooooo pretty.
Perhaps this week-end it will snow as the weather man said it would. The weather seems to go north of us and we miss out.
Your mantle is so pretty with white tulips. They really are a pretty pretty flower.
We planted some pink ones....hope they come out this spring.
God richly bless you!

Amy,
Friendships are much like flowers...you just never know when they will bloom, but when they do, they bring so much cheer into one's life. I feel that way each time I open your blog! You are a treasure to my life! Lovely post!
Fondly,
Pat
Hi Amy, you mantle is fabulous and I adore the white tulips. It has been a strange winter and it makes one wonder if we are going to have a spring. Thanks for sharing your pretty items. I have recently found your blog and am now following you, and will visit often. Please stop by my blog and perhaps you would like to follow me also. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris
