Welcome Fall, Family, and Friends

I think fall will forever be my favorite season of all.

I love cool mornings, falling leaves, lightweight jackets, pumpkin spice coffee, and family bonfires.

I welcome this season with open arms and I would love to welcome you with open arms onto our front porch and into our home.

Last year, I took a bright gold K and covered it in Spanish moss.  My kids say it looks hairy…I say it looks mossy.

I found this great old feed bag over the summer while vacationing in the Great Smokey Mountains.

Your autumn front porch is gorgeous! I love all the rustic goodness here. I'm thinking of painting my door dark because everywhere I look I see beautiful painted doors - and yours is just one more!

When I saw the thumbnail picture of your post over at "Southern Hospitality", I couldn't figure out what was holding the hydrangea on your front door...I came over for a closer look...how great! A feed bag! It has so much personality and works wonderfully with your dried hydrangea. Thanks for sharing your front porch with us.

OH Amy, your porch is gorgeous! I love the old feed bag on the door! One of my favorite finds you've ever shown. What a great idea to put it on the door!
It all looks so welcoming and Fall- like. I think the K is so cute covered in moss.
The dried hydrangeas are such a nice rich color. Love it all, girl...
Can't wait to walk up on that porch :)

Love your porch Amy -- wow that bucket on your door is amazing. Now all those pretty dried flowers would blow away on my porch in windy Nebraska :)

Blessings!

I looks so warm and welcoming. I love the feed bag with the dried hydrangeas. I keep saying that I should plant some just to have the dried ones.

And I love the touch of the cowboy boots. That's just too cute!
