Just a quick post today…
I recently picked up another scale at the flea market in Nashville. This one had a great big tray on it that I really liked.
I also found an old galvanized sap bucket at the flea market while in Texas.
I decided to put these two pieces together on top of my beautiful old jelly cabinet.
This cabinet is on the other wall of my dining room that I showed in my last post about my newly painted buffet.
I am on the lookout now for one of those beautifully ornate scales like my friend, Becky over at Buckets of Burlap has. Her husband loves scales and has some great ones.
I hope you are all having a blessed day. “
This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it!”

I love baby scales and you found a nice one! It looks great. I'm going to have to head over to Becky's site (again!) to check out her collection. I collect them too and love admiring others' collections.
I hope your Mom is doing well.
Take care,
Pam
That is a lovely old scale and the tray part is really neat. Lovely vignette too. I'm looking for some old cabinets like your jelly cabinet, but the prices here are out of this world. I'll keep trying though.

Hope your weekend has been good! Mine has!
Hugs to you!

That scale is cool. It looks perfect on top of your white cupboard (which I love by the way.) You have a great eye for arranging your collections too.

I love it, and now I know that I need one too!!
I love all the different whites and textures. I also think the buffet in the post before it looks so much better with the white on.
