Fluffy Softness

Hey everyone!

I picked up a wonderful old coffee crate at a little antique store the other day and decided it would be great to hold some extra blankets and pillows in my bedroom.

Our youngest child likes to sleep in our room on occasion so this is a perfect way to hold her little nighttime bedding.

crate 1

crate 2

crate 3

And while she makes her little comfy pallet on the floor, hubby and I will be sleeping peacefully here…

bed 2

Makes me want to take a nap…

Hope you are all doing wonderful and that you have a blessed upcoming week.

What a neat old coffee crate! I love it. We always had a kid or two piling into our room when they were little too..and one by one, they quit coming-until even MamasBoy outgrew sleeping in Mom & Dad's bedroom. Enjoy every moment of it-they will be gone all too soon~ xo Diana

That is one great vintage box! I saw one of a similar size at an antiques store this weekend for $85. Too steep for me so I'll keep looking. Love the rustic wood paired with the white linens. We have a 12 year old who still creeps in sometimes :) Your headboard looks great too!

Great crate and a great use for it! I remember my son sneaking in our room when he was younger. He would bring his pillow and pull out a sleeping bag we kept tucked away for him to use in our room. Oh, good times.

Hi Amy! I love your crate of course! But I also love everything on your bed! I love your headboard too. I'd probably hang my headphones on it! Ha! I changed my follow setting today. I discovered that when I first started blogging I followed everyone anonymously and that it doesn't show. You'll see me way back there on your followers list!

Hi Amy, Love the old wooden crate. A great find. Looks great with the bedding for your girlie. And love your headboard!! Cozy and inviting. Don't blame the little one for wanting to slip in. Have a great week also.

Love your coffee crate! (I regret to this day passing up a wooden cocoa crate at a local antique store...when I went back it was gone.) I also love your door headboard!

Your headboard is just so darn cute. Now if I did that in my home, I just wouldn't see the cuteness! I am slowly moving from primitive decorating to a more farmhouse look, but it's hard to get out of the box.

That was a great find!
What a perfect place for her bedding. When she gets older and does not need it, you will be able to use your crate for so many things.
Have a great week,
