My favorite pop of color throughout my house now is beautiful bluish green. I love the way it looks with my whites and browns.
It also reminds me of spring so that’s a good thing.
My sweet husband brought these flowers home to me yesterday. I am fighting a cold and these were a great way to boost me up a little. I love this old tin holding them.
This old egg basket holds some beautiful old books and my grandfather’s trophy bowl.

I love all your vintage vingettes scattered about your beautiful home. The wooden box is 2die3 as is the great looking can turned flower vase. Love it all.
My favorite color to use as an accent is soft greens.

What beautiful vignettes you have. I love the old tool box and the way you are using it to hold plates etc. I have quite a few from my Grandfather and Father who were both builders. The egg basket is lovely too. Thank you for sharing these with us. Hope you are feeling better soon. ~~Sherry~~

Amy- I love that color too! I wish that would make a big "comeback"...LOVE it! I go through stages where I have different colors that are my favorite. I have not had any blue in a long time and now I am finding that I like some of my old blue pieces again...and No..I am not talking 1980's "country blue". lol

Hey Amy! Your hubby is so sweet. I loved seeing all your decor. We are a lot a like. I love how you decorate! Say a little prayer for me if you dont mind, I have really been tested today. My computer broke this morning and I am using my daughters laptop. Just seems like if it was going to go wrong it was today. I sure hope you get to feeling better soon Amy. One of my favorite colors, as well. I have so many favorites but I'm always drawn to blue-greens for some reason. Your caddy and vintage fan are my favorite. You have a good eye for putting vignettes together!

Love all these vignettes with the greenish blue! I really love the egg basket. I need one of those to collect eggs when my hens start laying. The old books are great too. That is a great color!

I decorate with lots of white, but I *love* aqua...and lately I find myself really getting into shades of lavendar. It is a great accent and makes me think of spring!!! ;o)
