1 8 oz can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (I used biscuits because that's all I had)
1 8 oz pkg. ham, chopped (I used sausage that I cooked and crumbled)
6 eggs
1/2 cup cold milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mozarella cheese
Heat oven to 350. Layer rolls in 13x9 dish, press to cover bottom of dish, firmly pressing holes and seams together to seal.
Sprinkle ham (or other meat) over crust. Beat eggs, milk and pepper with whisk until blended; pour over meat. Top with cheeses.
Bake 25 min. or until center is set.
This recipe is delicious and easy. Great combo...
We have chickens and get about 8-12 eggs a day, so this is a great way to use our eggs.
Hope you enjoy!!
HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!! GOD BLESS THE USA!!!!

Or you could sell the eggs for a dime a dozen.
Grin.
I've made breakfast casseroles, but they never used the rolls. This looks delicious AND somewhat simple.

I made this recipe again. This time I halved the recipe and used bacon. My boys gobbled it up!
