98 degree heat, concrete, shopping, and seven year old girls don't mix.
How do I know?
I took my youngest daughter with me to the Nashville Flea Market on Friday and left after an hour and a half. The heat, the walking, the people were more than she could take.
I did find a few things that I had to have (actually wanted).
LOVE my bench!!!
Got a shopping cart for Faith that she had eyed. (it will be great for yardsaling and flea markets for mama)
See my little little wooden door back there? Why do I love that little thing so much? Really...I just think that it is great. It's the perfect size with the perfect little rusty lock on it. It will not be painted, just cleaned up a little before it comes inside and takes it place in a perfect spot.
Yes, I love these things also.
For a very quick trip, I think I did pretty good. What do you think?
Oh yeah, and I bought a very small lemonade for Faith that cost $3.00. Good grief at the price, but it got me a few extra minutes of shopping so it was worth it.
The greatest thing about me is that I am a child of the risen King. I am also a mother of four wonderful children and the wife of the most amazing man ever.Donnie and I are blessed to be the parents of Keith, Beth and Faith and a sweet little boy in heaven waiting for us. I am a homeschool mama, a wanna be farm girl, and a lover of timeless treasures.
