Even Goodwill Can Be Expensive

As much as I love the bargains I get at Goodwill, I still have to be very careful that I don't go overboard.

Well, I went overboard last week at a Goodwill I found in Lewisburg, TN.

Funny thing was that I only had about 30 minutes to shop.  It was a run in, run out trip.

(I did get a discount for using a SmartCard I have so that was a good thing.)

Think about if I had had more time...

Good grief.

A few closeups...

A few things have already been painted, but most were perfect as is.

Wish you could have been with me.  We would have had lots of fun.

I am actually taking my mom there tomorrow and a great friend of mine next week.

Just sharing the love, my friends, sharing the love.

I agree with you, Amy! Goodwill is great, but you do have to be careful. Glad you found some lovelies to take home with you!

Wow, you really got some good stuff! I was at Goodwill today and came out with two small items and nothing special. I was very dissappointed. I wish my GW had great finds like yours.
Can't wait to see what you do with all your goodies.

You got all of that from one goodwill? I would have to hit the four GW's in our town about a dozen times to find anywhere near this much good stuff. Love the truck and all the baskets...the cafe sign is wonderful.

You're dangerous, woman!

But if you'd been in there an extra 15 minutes, you might've talked yourself out of a few things ... :)

P. S. I agree that one needs to be careful, but I think that if you actually USE all of your stuff (which you do so nicely) that you didn't really go overboard. Do you know if all Goodwills have a Smart Card? I've never heard of that out here in CA, but will check in to it. Thanks for sharing, and have a wonderful weekend.

"Good grief" would be an understatement!!! haha, just kidding (don't even think that made sense :)

I love all your treasures too!

I like your stuff! I just used a silver pitcher just like the one you bought in a flower arrangement. I've said it before and I'll say again: We have NOTHING like this in our local thrift stores.

And liking the new music, by the way!
